Adjustable upper ventilation flap. Multi-position cast iron ventilation made up of 3 distinct parts for precise temperature control. It can be fully opened for a rapid increase in temperature. Partial opening with radial smoke outlet. Complementary to the lower draft ventilation. With this element, it is easy to manage the temperature rise as well as its maintenance during cooking.

In order to facilitate the opening and closing of the lid, it is equipped with a sturdy adjustable stainless steel spring hinge that allows for significant compensation of the considerable weight of the ceramic.
