Its 10 mm thick food-grade steel plate offers significant thermal inertia, allowing for searing, grilling, roasting, or keeping food warm simultaneously. The different natural temperature zones of the plancha enable precise cooking of meats, fish, vegetables, or fruits. Depending on the type of preparation and the organisation of the service, the TRIO Ø98 can accommodate several dozen guests during the same meal.

AN AIR-FLOW SYSTEM FOR OPTIMISED COMBUSTION

The firebox incorporates an exclusive air circulation system that improves the oxygen supply to the fire. This design promotes faster ignition, limits smoke production during startup, and enhances the energy efficiency of the logs. Heat is thus better distributed across the entire cooking plate to provide more comfort and consistency during cooking.

A DESIGN THOUGHT OUT IN EVERY DETAIL

The plancha is inclined from its manufacture to promote the natural drainage of fats towards the fire without resorting to visible chutes or reservoirs. The absence of an outer edge facilitates the movement of food, simplifies daily maintenance, and enhances the overall aesthetics of the product. The small space between the fire and the plate also helps to limit deposits and reinforces the perceived quality of the whole.

TWO FINISHES ADAPTED TO YOUR ENVIRONMENT

CORTEN STEEL NATURAL

Corten steel develops a characteristic protective patina that gives it excellent resistance to the elements and an authentic appearance particularly sought after in contemporary outdoor settings.

BLACK THERMAL-COATED STEEL

The black version brings a modern and elegant aesthetic. The support is made of thermally coated galvanised steel to improve its resistance to corrosion and ensure excellent durability over time. 

Note regarding the black finish: the high-temperature powder coating offers excellent protection and a remarkable aesthetic finish. However, like any painted finish exposed to the elements, UV rays, impacts, and repeated handling, it remains more sensitive to scratches and visual wear than natural Corten steel.

To sustainably preserve its original appearance, especially outdoors, it is strongly recommended to use a long protective cover when the fire pit is not in use. This protection limits exposure to the elements, UV rays, atmospheric deposits, and extends the lifespan of the finish.

For environments heavily exposed to sea air, Corten steel remains the most suitable solution.
