[C-U-TRAILER98C2] Low Fire Pit for Ambience & Cooking in Corten Steel
With the barrier installed on the inner edge of the griddle, the food is held in place and does not fall into the fire during handling with tongs and spatulas. A slight gap remains to allow fats and food residues to drain away.
The barrier of the TRIO plancha barbecue fire pit has been developed for optimal use of your cooking units and allows you to combine cooking modes:
Prevents food from falling into the hearth
Allows you to position the removable central part of the grill closer to the fire for cooking at the level of the plancha, particularly when you do not wish to make a large fire and/or are nearing the end of cooking and want to take advantage of the heat from the embers
The barrier is versatile and robust. We have designed this plancha brazier barrier so that it allows for both direct and indirect cooking methods, and at 2 different heights:
