ALTO is a 304 stainless steel gas barbecue high-end designed for premium outdoor kitchens and outdoor cooking enthusiasts. More than just a built-in barbecue, it features 6 cooking zones, including 2 stainless steel 304 griddles, 2 stainless steel 304 grills, and 2 warming burners to simultaneously prepare meats, fish, vegetables, and side dishes.

Its 304 stainless steel construction ensures exceptional resistance to corrosion, weather, and intensive use. Its continuous ignition system provides quick and reliable starting, while its high-performance ceramic burners offer rapid temperature rise, excellent heat distribution, and precise cooking.

With a total power of 14.6 kW, ALTO is equipped with a left burner of 6.6 kW and two right burners of 4.0 kW each, allowing for easy management of direct, indirect cooking, and warming.

Available in built-in SOLO version or UNIT on dedicated furniture, it integrates perfectly into a modern outdoor kitchen while offering a level of performance worthy of professional equipment.

ALTO est un barbecue gaz haut de gamme en acier inoxydable 304 conçu pour offrir les performances d'une véritable cuisine professionnelle en extérieur. Équipé de trois brûleurs céramiques infrarouges déportés développant une puissance totale de 14,6 kW, il garantit une montée en température rapide, une chaleur homogène et une maîtrise parfaite de la cuisson, tout en limitant l'encrassement grâce à des brûleurs protégés des écoulements de graisse.

6 ZONES DE CUISSON POUR UNE POLYVALENCE UNIQUE

Avec sa surface de cuisson de 5 073 cm² (89 x 57 cm), ALTO permet de cuisiner simultanément plusieurs préparations grâce à ses six zones de cuisson indépendantes comprenant deux planchas inox 304, deux grilles de cuisson inox 304 et deux réchauds compatibles avec les bacs gastronomes GN. Cette configuration transforme le barbecue en véritable cuisine extérieure capable de saisir, griller, cuire à la plancha, maintenir au chaud et servir plusieurs recettes en même temps.

PUISSANCE ET PRÉCISION PROFESSIONNELLES

La puissance est répartie entre un brûleur principal de 6,6 kW et deux brûleurs indépendants de 4 kW, permettant de créer plusieurs zones thermiques pour adapter précisément la cuisson des viandes, poissons, légumes et accompagnements. Les brûleurs céramiques infrarouges offrent une saisie parfaite, une excellente stabilité thermique et des aliments plus juteux tout en optimisant la consommation de gaz.

DEUX VERSIONS POUR TOUS LES PROJETS

ALTO SOLO est conçu pour être posé ou encastré dans une cuisine extérieure sur mesure. ALTO UNIT dispose d'un meuble intégré avec rangements, espace bouteille de gaz et roulettes discrètes, offrant une station de cuisson complète et autonome. Les deux versions bénéficient des mêmes performances professionnelles et de la même conception premium en inox 304.
