The QUATRO Large kamado barbecue is a 4-in-1 smoker, oven, barbecue & rotisserie appreciated by individuals and professionals for its design and exceptional cooking performance. It is aimed at all the Bold and cooking enthusiasts eager to cook everything over charcoal. Meats, fish, and vegetables are delicious and have an unmatched taste compared to a traditional barbecue.

The quality of its dense and thick ceramic (35mm) allows for optimal heat retention inside the QUATRO for several hours.

Adjustable upper ventilation flap. Multi-position cast iron ventilation made up of 3 distinct parts for precise temperature control. It can be fully opened for a rapid increase in temperature. Partial opening with radial smoke outlet. Complementary to the lower draft ventilation. With this element, it is easy to manage the temperature rise as well as its maintenance during cooking.

In order to facilitate the opening and closing of the lid, it is equipped with a sturdy adjustable stainless steel spring hinge that allows for significant compensation of the considerable weight of the ceramic.

To ensure that cooking on the QUATRO is a moment of pleasure, we have focused on the details and the ergonomics of the kamado!

The innovative character of its design also lies in its innovative HPL - Compact shelves. More durable and easier to maintain than bamboo, teak, and acacia wood. This material is a high-end material widely used in urban furniture. With numerous qualities and exceptional durability, it is highly sought after for interior and exterior kitchen design projects. With HPL, you will not have any maintenance to carry out, unlike wood, which will change colour and deteriorate over time.
