This versatile multi-level cooking system enables you to divide the cooking space into different zones, each with a different temperature or configuration. This offers great flexibility for cooking multiple foods at once, each at its ideal temperature, while maximising the use of the interior space of the QUATRO kamado barbecue.

Composed of several distinct elements, this cooking system is very flexible and allows you to cook optimally: alternate between direct and indirect cooking.

Divide, separate, and mix your cooking as you wish with the Kamado multi-level cooking system!

Essential for your "Low and Slow" cooking as well as your smoking. These cooking methods require keeping dishes and food away from the heat source. The circular ceramic stone allows for even cooking. Cordierite conducts and diffuses heat optimally. As a result, the food will be perfectly cooked and rich in flavours.

The stainless steel parts are made of 304L steel. The ceramics are thick and glazed for better performance and easier cleaning.
